Mark W. Hianik
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mark Hianik was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of R.H. Donnelley on April 16, 2008.

Prior to joining the company, Hianik was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Tribune Company, a Chicago-based media company. Prior to joining Tribune, Hianik was a corporate and securities partner with Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon, a national law firm. Before attending law school, Hianik, a Certified Public Accountant, was an auditor for Arthur Andersen in Chicago.

Hianik received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago.
